What is Family Vision Plan?
Family Vision Plan is a vision discount program tht translates to eye care savings for your entire family! It is made available to employees through companies participating in Family Vision Plan.
How does it work?
Companies supply their employees with FVP brochures that outline vison discounts and lists participating opticals and doctors. Also, there are three discount cards attached by a perforation. Present this card at the time of your appointment or whenever you purchase eyewear (we glady accept outside prescriptions) and enjoy a substantial savings on your exam, glasses, and contacts!
My company does not have Family Vision Plan. How can my company become a member?
Simply contact Janet Posey by phone – 256.874.7784 or e-mail –famvis@hiwaay.net and she will be glad to discuss the vision program with your company in detail.
If I lose my card can I still get discounts through Family Vision Plan?
Certainly, just inform the staff member of your place of employment and you will receive your discounts.
How many times during the year can my family and I use Family Vision Plan?
It is unlimited.
What kind of examination can I expect from Family Vision Plan?
Our comprehensive eye exams are performed by therapeutic-certifed doctors of Optomtry. The examination is for glasses and/or contacts and includes dilation, perscription and tests for glaucoma and retinal disease.
Am I limited to certain frames?
Never! You may select from any frames that we have in stock including our beautiful desinger lines.
Are contacts lenses included in family Vision Plan?
Unless they are already discounted they are included. Our doctors presribe and evalute all major brands of soft and rigid contact lenses. We can provide the latest that technology has made available.
Does Family Vison Center see Children?
Of course, we love kids! Our generous childern's frame sledction includes such names as Disney, WWF, Chesterfield, L"amy. and many more!
